We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to make your return process as precise and reliable as our award-winning German design.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch and all original accessories back into the Lilienthal Berlin box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
